Responsibilities


  • Provide operation support to Team Leaders, Managers and/or Directors
  • Research projects as required
  • Assist with answering customer service phone and/or proactive outreach calls to clients
  • Participate in various trainings
  • Perform special projects as assigned



Qualifications


  • Finance, Accounting or Business Administration majors with a GPA of 3 or above preferred
  • Ability to work 16-20 hours per week during the school year and 40 hours per week during school breaks/summer
  • Intermediate or above proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bright, energetic, customer service-oriented individuals who possess a strong work ethic and good analytical skills
