Site End to End Operations & Information Technology Stewardship Leader

We are looking for a technical leader to join our Information Technology (IT) Organization at one of our manufacturing sites in North America.
The IT End to End Operational and Stewardship Leader will act as the IT Operations leader for the site which they manage, working with the Plant IT/OT leader and accountable to the Plant Manager. You will lead all aspects of IT operations in their site and will collaborate with local Power, Control and Information Systems resources to support IT components in the OT space! The E2E Operation leader will interact with PS functions (e.g.: Cybersecurity leader for OT security, PC&IS for OT applications & infrastructure, Site digital champion for portfolio & priorities) and GBS functions (e.g.: Reg. Sector Ops, GBS IT Operations and NetOps team to drive OPEX & Resiliency) You would be accountable for the following IT focus areas at the plant:
    * E2E IT operation for his/her site
    * Operational excellence IT & OT Infrastructure & Networking
    * Systemic remediation of IT issues
    * IT Continuity planning (avoid unplanned downtime)
    * IT Compliance, Cybersecurity vulnerability, & Info Security
    * End user and PC support
    * IT Governance of site owned applications
    * E2E IT operations
The Work plan will be adapted to the site priorities and will require technical mastery to execute IT technical work. The ITOT leader will balance capacity in line with local site needs and global business services focus area. 
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or a related field and the following skills/abilities:
Knowledge of IT infrastructure including NT servers, Networking, Firewalls, Voice, Mobility and Personal Computing.
Understands Operational Technology in an industrial environment (PLCs, HMI, MES, Ethernet/IP networks, Historians, etc.) and quick learner to apply new OT technologies.
Proficient in IT Security and Risk compliance.
A strong leader, with the ability to work effectively in a 'start-up' type environment.
Collaborator able to prioritize and deliver success criteria across multiple organizational boundaries.
Previous experience in service operations, proven track record of managing continuous improvements to service including developing the scorecards necessary to measure successful operations.
Ability to maximize value through best in class IT Strategy for application lifecycles at the site and region/sector driving governance, user experience, application integration to drive value and productivity for PS.
Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed organization where boundaries are sometimes unclear. Working well across teams, functions and organizations.
Demonstrable ability to successfully deliver a master plan and medium-to-large projects.
General understanding of Product Supply business processes with ability to quickly develop deep expertise.
Preferred Certifications: Security or Network certifications (CISSP, CCNA).
