Assistant Manager
Environmental Services
The Assistant Manager of Environmental Services will provide supervision for custodial crew. Assist with and responds to calls and communications and to emergency service calls as required. Evaluates all areas of the campus systematically by completing weekly Quality Assurance Inspections. Assist with inventory control using TMA. Assist in the recruitment and hiring of new employees. Plans and implements continuing education programs for staff development. Expands and revises program material course content for enhancement of program materials. Develops and teaches Orientation Training Program for all new employees. Contribute in decisions regarding personnel issues, including providing supervision on as needed basis and in the absence of the manager.
Required Qualifications:
· High school education
· Minimum of five years’ experience in an environmental services operation to include management experience (i.e. training and development, human resources, recruiting and retention, new hire orientation, developing departmental goals)
