Customer Representative Data Analysts in Raleigh/Durham , NC


Zensar is seeking a fulltime entry level Customer Representative Analyst with advance excel experience in Raleigh/ Durham, NC.

The Customer Representative Analyst will aim to provide comprehensive Install base (IB) data management for Cisco’s customers and partners. They will be responsible for maintaining accurate Inventory of Cisco Assets across the customer network; optimize contract manageability, simplify renewals and provide business insights in terms of reporting and making informed decisions. They will be the single point of contact to resolve all customer’s (IB) data issues. They will also be responsible to driving best practices and demonstrate process efficiencies for Cisco and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Engage directly with Customers, Partners and Cisco internal stakeholders to help lead and optimize assets from purchase to renewal, safeguarding and ensuring data accuracy of our Customers at all times.
  • Drive contract management and support contract renewals.
  • Be proficient at collecting, organizing and analyzing IB information and are meeting Customer deliverables according to engagement level purchased
  • Delivery active Customer engagement and participate & present during monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Establishes stakeholder alignment with the customer success executive, renewal manager, high touch operations manager and sales manager
  • Responsible for managing data changes with respect to IB addition, deletion or modification to keep up with customer’s data changes
  • Manage and effectively facilitate stakeholder calls
  • Prepare, manage and review IB data for operations
  • Work with stakeholders to implement and recommend changes to improve IB data management
  • Operational forecasting and advanced planning
  • Ability to interpret, summarize and present data improvements to stakeholders
  • Able to effectively use Cisco tools and databases and time management
  • Produce weekly reports for stakeholders
  • Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to plan to reduce underperformance

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of advance experience with MS Excel and advanced analytics and formulae
  • Prior contract management knowledge is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, customer focus and driving data accuracy
  • Proactive approach to resolving problems and an active collaborator
  • Effective stakeholder management and ability to build customer relationship and drive discussions
  • Very good interpersonal/communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to stay organized and deliver within agreed upon time and scope.
  • .Excellent presentation skills
  • Able to grasp Cisco’s tools, processes and services, prior knowledge is helpful.
  • Install Base experience a Plus

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in data and business analytics.
