Help Desk Analyst

Full time position available in our Information Technology department. Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware or software. Will be responsible for receiving help desk calls and performing first-level diagnosis and troubleshooting support to end-users with some on call hours. Associates degree in Information Technology or related field required. Minimum 2 years relevant experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and Office products strongly preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills a must. Healthcare experience a plus. Apply on-line at www.vmh.org.
