Enterprise Software Intern – Digital Transformation
Summary of Internship
This Software Internship position provides an opportunity for students to learn about a hardware-software organization’s journey to modernize our digital offerings and provide an improved customer experience and product offerings. This internship provides the opportunity to work with a truly global team with hands on experience working with a large scientific enterprise softwares in a fast-paced software design and software quality assurance environment. The position starts in May/June, paid working 40 hours per week through August. Opportunity exists for this position to continue through the academic year on a part-time basis to allow for class schedules.
Essential Functions
- Contribute to value propositions, ideas, and business case related to plans for digital transformation workstreams
- Provide data analysis and revenue forecasting support related to making recommendations, identification of opportunities for improvement and establishment of KPIs (key performance indicators)
- Create a go-to-market and commercial training plan for new or evolved product offerings
- Support a variety of cross-functional and cross-country project-related activities, with opportunities to gain experience in a variety of areas
- Accept candid feedback and look for areas of improvements
- Specific tasks will be tailored to the intern’s experience level and abilities
- A software intern works under the close supervision of product management and digital transformation leaders and teams

Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Science, Engineering, Software, Product Management, Digital
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, open-minded, conflict resolution
