Learn2Lead will be virtual over approximately two half-days during the week of May 24th, 2021. Applicants will be interviewed on a rolling basis until spots are filled. Participants of L2L are automatically considered for the Summer 2022 Internship Program.

L2L is designed to provide leading students from select universities and colleges, the opportunity to learn more about Crowe’s core values, energizing culture, and our client services. While having fun and developing yourself professionally, programming may include team building exercises, leadership presentations, and/or professional business skill workshops. These activities are aimed at educating you on the leadership qualities needed to excel in the public accounting and consulting arenas.
Internship Opportunities Following the L2L Program
Attend L2L and you will also be considered for future opportunities with Crowe including 2022 accounting internships as described below. We believe that the primary function of an accounting internship is to familiarize students with public accounting through meaningful participation on a variety of engagements. As an Accounting Intern, you will have the opportunity to work as a team member on diverse client engagements including manufacturing, not-for-profit, government, healthcare, education, construction, dealerships, food and agriculture, and financial institution clients. Our team of professionals continually strives to achieve value for our clients, our people and our Firm while at the same time adding value to the profession and the public trust.
As an Audit Accounting Intern your primary function will be: Audit, review, and compilation of financial statements, assistance in the preparation of financial statements and application of GAAP, assisting with clients with routine accounting functions, and assisting to maintain relationships with key client personnel.
As a Tax Accounting Intern your primary function will be: to participate in the examination, review, and compilation of tax returns; conduct tax research, consult with owners and managers of various organizations, and assist with special reviews relating to acquisitions, mergers, and sale of businesses.
L2L Key Requirements
- Freshman - Sophomore standing with a plan to obtain 150 credit hours for CPA by Dec 2022 or June 2023
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative and major GPA, 3.2 preferred
- Pursuing degree in Accounting
