Sales Commission Analyst (Remote)

Job Description
What You Will Do
Account & Territory Alignment

  • Administer territory master in JDE
  • Administer the address book territory codes in JDE
  • Determine customer segmentation
  • Annual Commission planning and territory realignment
  • Maintain territory & region maps as well as the zip code to territory cross-reference file
Territory Adjustments

  • Perform territory adjustments in as400
  • Coordinate with sales incentive analysts to ensure adjustments made are flowing into commissions
  • Ensure timely territory adjustments for proper ranking reporting
Tracing Administration

  • Coordinate monthly tracing files received from distributors
  • Format and import tracing files into JDE
  • Answer any questions on tracings from the sales teams
  • Callidus Administration
  • Maintain the data tables in Callidus
  • Update the plan rules for changes in compensation plans year over year
Month end Journal Entries

  • Prepare and enter the month end commission accrual journal entries
Sales Incentive Administration

  • Prepare compensation analysis as needed to review payouts compared to revenue performance
  • Maintain formal sales compensation documents
  • Analyze major issues and trends related to compensation and sales performance
  • Create ad hoc analyses and scenarios as required
Related duties as required
What You Need

  • Bachelors undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years related sales/sales support experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with interest in building strong business partnering relationships; high integrity and self-confidence
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Basic Power BI understanding
  • Prior experience with sales teams
  • Familiarity with JDE, QAD, Cognos or similar tools
  • Experience in a high technology or medical device manufacturing environment
