The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Risk Management and Legal Services Division is searching for a Paralegal 2 to join their team in the Olympia, WA office. In this unique role, the incumbent will provide litigation support to WSDOT and the Attorney General’s Office, including managing the discovery and litigation hold notice processes, and responding to subpoenas. The incumbent will also manage WSDOT’s Administrative Procedures Act (APA) rulemaking and administrative hearing activities. The incumbent will be the designated point of contact for discovery and will work with all WSDOT offices and the Attorney General’s Office to respond to discovery requests in litigation to which the department is a party.
