- Provides advice, recommendations, strategic planning, and coordination, and conducts analysis, project planning, justification, and evaluation with emphasis upon requirements assessment
- System/component design, development/programming options, and optimal testing methodology.
- Support Agile, ITIL, and Change Management (CM) methodologies among a variety of applications throughout varying states in the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Leads and/or participates in projects that develop methods to define automated system requirements based on long-range objectives, customer feedback, analytics, metrics, and knowledge of technological advances.
- Evaluates IT principles, goals, policies, and procedures and utilizes knowledge of the latest IT developments.
- Support Business Intelligence (BI) reporting, Technical Analysis, and Analytical Reviews for functions of mission-critical and/or migratory AIS.
