Junior Operations Analyst- Part Time

About you…
DeWinter Group is growing and looking for a part-time Junior Operations Analyst. As an individual you will play a key role in supporting data management, reporting, and problem resolution.
 
You will be responsible for evaluating DWGs policies, operations, and procedures, identify any shortcomings or opportunities for improvement, and develop and implement new projects to ensure optimal operational performance and output.
 
Working with the corporate operations team, this role will assist with user support for specific applications, documentation of processes, development, and centralization of training materials (associated with workflow changes), data remapping exercises, and much more.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide end user support for applications
  • Take users through standard trouble shooting procedures
  • Escalate problems for resolution
  • Assist with data quality and integrity
  • Identify, assess, fix, document, and communicate quality issues in the way data is collected, stored, processed, or used
  • Create appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary
  •  Build strong relationships with sales, recruiting, and operations
  • Identify and translate business needs into clearly defined requirements and create documentation (for particular projects – integrations and APIs)
  • Proactively works to understand how systems function
  • Centralize job aides, training videos for all applications
  • Develop training materials that are easily consumed by sales and recruiters

Qualifications:

  • Motivated to complete assigned tasks, a self-starter with the ability to work independently,
  • Provide stellar customer service
  • Ability to use problem-solving skills
  • A team player mindset with a willingness to learn new skills and extend capabilities.
  • At least 2 years of customer facing role
  • Attention to detail

Education Requirement:

  • BA or BS degree or relevant experience
