Resource Management Supervisor

RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR
 
The City of Dubuque invites applications for the position of Resource Management Supervisor. The successful candidate will supervise curbside solid waste and recycling collection staff; supervise, develop, implement, and manage solid waste collection programs; coordinate, analyze and monitor waste minimization and resource efficiency initiatives; and perform other duties as assigned. Associate’s degree or college-level coursework in relevant field; experience in data analytics and customer service; at least 2 years of supervisory experience; or any combination of relevant education and experience equivalent to 5 years; possession of valid driver’s license at time of hire; and experience using computer systems and applications required. The successful candidate will possess the ability to follow a management philosophy that is input oriented and values equity, problem solving and the development of partnerships; and the desire to be part of an organization that values service, people, integrity, responsibility, innovation and teamwork.
