Payment Processing Specialist

Summary
Vast knowledge of medical insurance, including Medicare, PPO, HMO, and WC. Must possess a high level of accuracy and be able to prioritize quickly. Knowledge of databases: NetSuite, Brightree and Google Docs (preferred).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
  • Processing of Credit Cards
  • Processing of all incoming checks and depositing into the bank
  • Reconcile that all funds have been received prior to posting.
  • PMP product knowledge.
  • Creating batches for posting
  • Printing of remits daily from carrier sites
  • Updating Daily Deposit Log with correct billers
  • Email departments with confirmation of payments
  • Deposit checks to the local bank
  • Back-up to Administrative Assistant duties
  • Assisting with reconciliation of postings
  • Additional duties as assigned
