The University of Georgia (UGA) College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences (CAES) is seeking an IT Client Support Assistant to provide first-tier support as a member of its IT Service Desk. This position serves as a local IT expert and prescribes technical solutions, provides technology advice, and occasionally delivers technology training. This is a highly-responsible position requiring a broad understanding of information technology in the modern enterprise so as to prescribe, configure, secure, deploy and support appropriate software and hardware solutions.
