Therapist/Social Worker - Kaiser Wrap

Now offering a $2000 sign-on bonus!

Join a groundbreaking team that is pioneering the way for child and family mental health services! Seneca Family of Agencies has been a leading Wraparound provider in California for over 20 years, and our success in enhancing youth safety, permanency, and well-being has garnered the attention of healthcare networks such as Kaiser Permanente. We are excited to introduce a partnership between Kaiser and Seneca, where children and families can now access Seneca’s wraparound services through Kaiser’s network.

As a member of this team, you will provide a highly individualized model of mental health care for children and families who previously may have never had access to this type of strengths-based, family-centered support. As a Therapist/Social Worker, you will provide individual and family therapy, as well as case management services. You will impact the lives of youth and families who, for the first time, are eligible for Seneca services – and with limited documentation requirements, you will have more time to focus on providing much needed services for your clients.

Seneca supports clinicians towards licensure and beyond. We provide individual and group supervision, regular clinical case conferences, and licensure and renewal courses led by field experts. Expenses such as outside trainings or licensure fees can be mitigated though your clinical training stipend. Looking to expand your clinical skills even more? Apply for a Professional Development Scholarship and achieve certifications in areas such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or Spanish for mental health practitioners. Training and growth opportunities in the agency are abundant, and Seneca is committed to helping you advance in your career!

Seneca Family of Agencies is committed to providing traditionally marginalized communities a network of outstanding mental health, community based, and educational services. We are committed to building a diverse staff and strongly encourages people of color to apply. Our programs are deeply engaged in conversations and trainings on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in order to bring equity and justice to the youth and families we serve.
