About the Position:
Under the direction and supervision of the PID Workload Management Branch Chief, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst serves as technical support in Data Quality Management and Quality Assurance, remediates office documents for Caltrans Web Accessibility for All (CWAA) Compliance, and performs less-complex analytical and technical functions for the Office of Project Planning. This includes preparing reports and making recommendations on procedures, policies, and program alternatives. The incumbent is required to exercise initiative and independence in successfully completing assignments, managing daily workflow, and reacting to constantly changing priorities.
What You'll Do:
- Work independently with the PID Resources Manager to assist in monitoring and evaluating PID program budget expenditures.
- Lead the collaborative effort to create program expenditure reports and dashboards for PID workload liaisons and management utilizing enterprise web applications and PID workload management data.
- Work in collaboration with the PID Resource Manager to lead the development of the PID program budget change proposal (BCP) and finance letter (FL) and will address PID program inquiries and requests from the Division of Budgets and external agencies.
- Takes meeting notes as applicable and responds to actions items; participates in the development, improvement, and implementation of policy relative to PID program.
