This is a paid SUMMER INTERNSHIP opportunity for College Students graduating in 2024.
Position Overview / Summary:
The Creative Copywriter Intern supports Veyl Ventures across all brands, and reports to the Head Writer + Director of Optimization. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating production.
Responsibilities could also include but are not limited to:
- Create advertorials, landing pages, and other social media content as needed.
- Copyedit materials, including short-form Facebook ads and long-form VSL scripts, with strong attention to detail.
- Develop both original content and revise previously published videos as needed.
- Assist writers and producers with editorial research.
- Assist production team with shoot-related logistics, including location scouting and travel coordination.
- On-set support, such as obtaining necessary permissions (appearance, material, location), as well as meal, transportation and crew coordination.
- Assist producers with production plans, schedules, and milestones.
- Assist producers with onboarding crews and vendors.
- Pitch content ideas.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Full time student studying Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field..
- Own a computer and have a stable internet connection.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Have a knowledge of production workflows, from shoot through edit. On-set experience a bonus!
- Proficient in Google Suite.
