Graduate Student Assistant

This is a temporary position limited to 1,500 hours in a 12-month period.

This is a remote-centered telework position that will telework 100% of the time. A teleworker is considered Remote-centered if they work fifty percent (50%) or more of their time from an alternate work location (e.g., employee's home). The successful candidate must reside in California upon appointment.

Under direct supervision of the Wildfire Safety Advisory Board Unit Supervisor (Program and Project Supervisor), the Graduate Student Assistant will conduct scientific literature research and review other resources to pursue information and summarize findings in well-written, fully cited policy briefs/reports.
