Here’s what you need to qualify:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required by the time you start (you are welcome to apply before graduation)
- Minnesota RN License
- Less than one year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- BSN required within three years
Things to know:
- We welcome your application up to six months before you graduate. Let’s start talking now so that you have the job lined up before you even graduate!
- You can apply any time of year and can start working when you’re ready
- Starting Hourly Pay (pay can increase with prior nursing experience)
- ADN $36.83 | BSN $37.75 | MSN $38.69
- New hires can earn a bonus between $3,500 and $5,000, depending on unit
- Relocation pay of $5,000 is available to those who qualify

Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare/Carris in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
