Teddy

Million Dollar Baby Co. is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our associates. In this role, your duties will include ensuring the optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, enhancing system performance, and securing data. You will also help advise on IT equipment upgrades and IT process improvements.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide the highest level of customer service to all MDB associates, contractors, and visitors
  • Tier 1 support for helpdesk requests – monitor, triage, and assign tickets as needed
  • End-user hardware imaging and deployment (Windows 10 and MacOS) for user onboarding and device replacement
  • Office, warehouse, and end-user device repair
  • Respond to and resolve office and warehouse IT issues with accuracy and a sense of urgency
  • Create and maintain AD, Microsoft 365, and other cloud service user accounts
  • Setup and tear-down of audio/visual equipment for company-wide events
  • Lead IT asset disposal and e-waste initiatives
  • Assist IT infrastructure team with network maintenance and management
  • Assist with server patching and maintenance as needed
  • Assist with the team during IT incidents and disaster recovery
  • Document processes and update the knowledgebase
  • Assist with IT projects and other tasks as needed

What you bring to the table:

• Two years of work experience in an IT Support Role (IT support in an office environment preferred)
• Strong interest in IT and a desire to develop technical skills
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and general IT concepts
• Working knowledge in network hardware and concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLAN, firewalls)
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Office 365 administration is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Continuous learning mindset and adapt to new technologies and tools
