Growth Intern

Marketing & Growth Intern Role

In this role you will be supporting our executive team with market research, executing on our go-to-market strategy, building our partner network, and supporting our new homebuyers through their purchase experience. You will also help design marketing and social campaigns that build the Crib Equity brand and awareness around the co-purchase model. You will have the opportunity to work directly with our CRO, CEO as well as senior leaders from across the company to see your ideas come to life.

What you’ll do

  • Research and build out the landscape of our potential partners across the home buying journey
  • Utilize CRM, Marketing Automation tools and data providers to aggregate/data-enter/validate/augment various audiences for programmatic outreach (loan officers, lenders, real estate agents/brokers, consumers, etc.)
  • Design social media and content marketing campaigns targeted to first-time homebuyers
  • Support outreach and build relationships with real estate agent partners and lenders in our target markets
  • Design and implement automated marketing campaigns and sequenced communication plans
  • Participate in partner meetings, capturing meeting notes and action items
