Sales Executive

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

• Execute selling activities in relation to specific Brand Customer programs within the assigned territory and/or account (factories, agents or importers)
• Execute selling activities for the entire product portfolio towards assigned accounts
• Develop selling strategies, lead and collaborate with different functions & regional counterparts in the execution of these selling activities
• Complete customer call reports, account plans, forecasting and sales reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Collect market intelligence and competitor movement update
• Work with the Brand sales team to provide professional advice on solutions, articulating the value proposition to gather buy-in from customers for projects to drive sales growth
• Work with cross functional team to propose solutions that help contribute to operation and sales efficiency
• Drive implementation of the solution selling to achieve sales target

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING IN FOR YOU

• Sales experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus, preferably with Trim / Garment / Softline / hardline Testing experience. Less working experience but outstanding fresh graduates are considerable.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Executive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated success in achieving business targets.
• Good customer needs’ assessment, solution selling and negotiation skill.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a complex matrix organization.
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Work as a team player.
