Position: Social Media Marketing Intern - For Credit 

Klickly is looking for a devoted team player who will assist the Social / Marketing Team. This includes promoting Klickly across channels and responding to potential clients on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. You will be responsible for creating content to post, as well as vetting marketing materials and speaking opportunities. You will be working closely with the growth and sales team, and you will gain insight into the general work culture of a tech startup. We need self-starters who work effectively within a team environment and on their own.
 

Summary/Objective:


Essential Functions: 

Day-to-day responsibilities might include:

  • Liaising with Marketing, Sales and Product teams to ensure all forward-facing comms are consistent
  • Liaising with Marketing and Sales to ensure all inbound leads are captured
  • Helping review and create marketing channels
  • Learning to adopt and use a specific “Brand Tone” throughout all brand messaging & social channels
  • Generating, researching, and pitching ideas for articles and other long-form content
  • Writing, editing, publishing, and promoting content via social media and publications

Desired Experience & Skills:

  • Flawless written and oral communication skills. (Must speak English at an idiomatic level)
  • Background in Comms (Major or minor in PR, Communications, Marketing, or Social Media)
  • Ability to follow detailed directions, plus impressive work ethic (we need hustlers; no-shows or "flaking" not tolerated)
  • Comfortable with the best-practices and newest technologies around social media
  • Proficient at Word, Excel, Google Docs, email, familiar with Keynote/Powerpoint (Photoshop or Sketch a plus), familiar with MLA formatting for standard written articles, familiar with CRMs a plus but not necessary.
  • Must have experience posting social content via Buffer, Hootsuite, SproutSocial or similar.
  • Flexible time commitment (3-5 days/week, Minimum of 20hrs/week). We love driven people and can work with you, but you must be consistent and reliable.
