We are looking for a Sales / Marketing intern to help super-charge our customer on-boarding process.

*College credit available.*

Position: Accounts / Sales Intern

Essential Functions: 

Day-to-day responsibilities might include:

  • Liaising with Marketing and Sales to ensure all inbound leads are captured
  • Developing/optimizing the sales strategy where able
  • Learning to interact with customers via use of CRM, email, and other channels
  • Helping review and create marketing materials
  • Listening in and taking calls with key customer groups
  • General sales, marketing, and accounts tasks

Requirements:

  • Flawless written and oral communication skills. (Must speak English at an idiomatic level)
  • Background in Comms (Major or minor in Sales, Communications, Marketing, Business)
  • Good on the phone; enjoys building relationships and promoting a unique, proprietary technology
  • Ability to follow detailed directions, plus impressive work ethic (we need hustlers; no-shows or "flaking" not tolerated)
  • Comfortable with the best-practices and newest technologies around digital media
  • Proficient at Word, Excel, Google Docs, email, familiar with Keynote/Powerpoint (Photoshop or Sketch a plus), familiarity with HubSpot (CRM) a plus but not necessary
  • Flexible time commitment (3-5 days/week, Minimum 20hrs/week). We love driven people and can work with you, but you must be consistent and reliable.
