Assistant Marketing and Client Relations Specialist

Role Description

Pain & Rehabilitative Consultants Medical Group (PRCMG) is seeking a Marketing and Client Relations Specialist. This full or part-time, hybrid role will be based primarily in Emeryville, CA with some flexibility for remote work. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans, generating new business, cultivating long-term relationships with clients, overseeing and developing website and social media content, and collaborating with internal team members to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with a focus in marketing or a related field
At least two years of experience in marketing and/or client relations in the healthcare industry
Experience planning and executing comprehensive marketing and outreach campaigns, including email marketing, social media, webinars and event coordination
Strong creativity, writing and problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box, and a proven track record in building rapport and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly pain management and/or rehabilitation, preferred
Knowledge of the worker's compensation system preferred
Strong project and time management skills with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
Proficiency in popular software tools such as the Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Creative Suite, as well as marketing automation tools (e.g., Hubspot)
Solid interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
