Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician

The Intergrated Behavioral Health Clinican is responsible for providing high quality assessment, intervention, and consultation for adult and pediatric patients within an integrated team in a primary care clinic setting. This Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician will provide brief, targeted diagnostic assessment and intervention within an interdisciplinary team. Focus on providing rapid access to high quality and evidence-based interventions to address a broad range of mental health and substance use concerns. Ideal candidates enjoy a fast-paced work environment, are passionate about providing treatment across the lifespan, and enjoy providing both in-person and telehealth services. 

The ideal candidate will also be willing to provide leadership in increasing interdisciplinary collaboration with the medical team, alongside educating patients and medical providers about the importance of behavioral health in healthcare.

 

Compensation: The salary for this position starts at $64,064 per year. At the time of an offer, determination of your rate will reflect your skills and experience as it relates to the position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating to develop care plans and to co-manage care of patients within a primary care setting.
  • Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment interventions to patients across the lifespan.
  • Utilize standardized, evidence-based clinical measures to assist patients and the interdisciplinary team in managing symptoms and improved functioning.
  • Monitor symptoms and functioning, response to care plan, and need for revisions to care plan based on readiness to change, social and contextual factors, and level of engagement.
  • Provide crisis intervention, crisis management, and safety planning services as appropriate.
  • Communicate and collaborate with relevant community entities serving patients and families.
