Patient Coordinator (Front Office - Adult Ortho Rehab Clinic)

This is a great opportunity for students or new grads who want to get experience in the healthcare field! About the Opportunity: 

Our Patient Coordinators are the backbone of our clinics. They are working collaboratively with their teammates to ensure the clinic is running efficiently. Our PCs have a direct impact on our patient’s overall experience and are providing world class customer service. The day-to-day functions include scheduling new and current patient appointments, answering incoming phone calls, greeting and checking in patients, verifying insurance coverage, obtaining necessary authorization, collecting co-pays / other balances, and helping the clinic maintain exceptional performance.

What You Will Need:

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Great time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations.
  • Adaptability and positive attitude with fluctuating workloads
  • Self-motivated with the eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
