Account Manager

SHINE Technologies is seeking an Account Manger to focus on managing relationships between company and its customers for diagnostic and therapeutic medical isotopes products, by maintaining existing relationships and identifying new opportunities for growth.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Account Manager:

Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee all elements of the Customer Service function coordinating with all departments within SHINE.
  • Daily point of contact with customers and potential customers who are mainly pharmaceutical companies and CDMOs producing radiopharmaceuticals in different stages of clinical development and commercialization.
  • Account management, planning and analytical analysis.
  • Ensure the clients’ needs are met by providing outstanding customer service and support.
  • Provide clients with information about new developments and markets.
  • Work with cross functional departments to coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media and direct e-mails.
  • Manage the client relationship by coordinating meetings to discuss new products or services or other topics relevant to the client relationship.

Requirements

  • Degree in business, marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service with demonstrated success in developing and maintaining relationships.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify challenges and find solutions.
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter with a passion for servicing customers.
  • Previous experience in a regulatory environment a plus.
