I can help you search for Sales Roles and Prepare for the Interview!  Here are the Services I provide:

Mock Interviews

With all of the Tech Layoffs you are playing in a very competitive field right now. How will you stand out? Recruiters and hiring Sales Leaders want to see how you think on your feet and perform under pressure. They are going to ask you very difficult questions about yourself and your relevant sales or work experience .  Many questions are designed in a manner to trap you into answers that reveal weaknesses or flaws in your attitude. Example-"Tell me about a time you disagreed with your Sales Leader and how you handled  it". We will help you avoid these traps and shine during the interview.  Practice makes Perfect!  Mock Interviews are incredibly powerful and effective.  Get Ready to Nail Your Interview and get the job of your dreams!

Developing Your "Why"

Why Should we hire you? This question could be the most important question you get.  Were you an athlete with an unrelenting will to win?  Did your parents sacrifice everything they had to give you opportunities they never had? We will work with you to develop and uncover your "why" and teach you how to convey this to the interviewer to make them want to hire you!  Your desire to win  and/or having a compelling "why"  for some hiring leaders is more important than your College Degree, GPA or Sales Experience.

Other Critical Interview Prep Details

How you set  up your interview and what you do before and after the interview itself can make the difference between you getting or not getting  the job.  Understanding how the company you are interviewing with makes money, their key products and services and how they compete in the market are huge differentiation points. Understanding who you are interviewing with and their background is table stakes . Additionally, being familiar with the most common Sales Methodologies, Sales Productivity Tools, Strategic Territory Planning and Best in Class Prospecting Techniques should not be overlooked and can be brought up during the interview.
