Overview:

As a Supply Chain Operations Specialist at Wyze, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth execution of our supply chain activities. You will work closely with various teams to coordinate and streamline operations, from procurement to logistics. We are seeking an individual with excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely and accurate order placement with suppliers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Work closely with logistics partners to coordinate shipments, track deliveries, and resolve any transportation issues.
  • Support the implementation and improvement of supply chain processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain operations.
  • Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and effective information flow.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to supply chain operations, including documentation and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve supply chain-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using supply chain management tools and systems.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and inventory management.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
