Part-Time Marketing Support

Are you a creative and motivated individual currently looking to enter the marketing field (college students encouraged to apply!), eager to dive into the world of marketing and gain hands-on experience? Beehively is seeking a part-time Marketing Support professional (10-15 hours per week) to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with fresh ideas and a passion for marketing who is ready to collaborate with the leadership team to shape and execute innovative strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Idea Generation: Brainstorm and propose creative marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and brand.  Collaborate with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with company goals.
• Execution: Implement marketing initiatives across various channels, including, but not limited to, digital, social media, conferences and email. Create engaging content to attract and inform our target audience.
• Learning and Adaptation: Embrace the learning curve in a dynamic environment. Analyze the success of marketing efforts, take feedback, and iterate for continuous improvement.
• Lead Generation: Work towards generating leads through marketing activities. Collaborate with the sales team to understand lead requirements and optimize strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years experience, or college student studying marketing or related fields
• Communication Skills: Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong creative and innovative thinking.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Feedback Oriented: Eager to receive to feedback, with a proactive approach to improvement.
