We are currently looking for fun, creative, and responsible individuals who have at least 1 year of experience in the field and who thrives in 1:1 work environments with children with autism and their families. Successful candidate will be able to take directions well, show initiative in both administrative and clinical (training provided) aspects, be independent, and demonstrate enthusiasm and care to the position. We use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to teach children how to communicate, how to play, how to be with peers, and how to be independent. You will be working closely with a mentor with over 20 years of experience and grow to handle all aspects of an intervention program. This opportunity is well suited for those who wish to enter the fields of education/special education, counseling, and psychology. There will be opportunities to participate in clinical research in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. There is also the opportunity for assistance with becoming a BCaBA, or those who are persuing their masters. Pay based on qualifications and experience.
