Operations Analyst - Treasury

Job Title: Operations Analyst – Treasury

Introduction:

Fidelis Investors is an alternative asset manager that specializes in investment opportunities in mortgage debt products, structured finances, asset-based lending, and real estate. Our operations are designed to support robust lending processes, including originations, warehouse lending and purchase programs in Fund and Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) structures tailored for business-purpose loans. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Analyst to join our treasury team. This entry-level position requires no previous experience and is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up and executing wire transfers for fund operations.
  • Verify payment instructions and loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the management of originations, Fund and SMA operations.
  • Help in the reconciliation of loans and operational transactions to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and enhance the efficiency of fund activities.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders partners to facilitate smooth fund operations.
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations/Finance as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
