Mental Health Therapist

About the Mental Health Therapist (LCSW / LPC) role:

  • Provide high-quality outpatient counseling services
  • Conducts culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and families
  • Provides outpatient individual and family therapy to patients based on identified needs
  • Develops crisis plans, safety plans (when needed), relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to support the maintenance of stable functioning
  • Participates in case consultation, agency meetings, and discharge planning
  • Completes billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within specified time frames
  • Provides collaborative care with our psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff and other therapists to deliver exceptional mental health care

About You:

  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling, or related degree required which results in licensing, OR
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Master’s prepared (provisionally licensed OR LSW) are encouraged to apply
