Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Tax Accountant at Mok Accountancy Corporation in San Mateo, CA. The Tax Accountant will be responsible for tax compliance, tax preparation, financial statement analysis, and general accounting tasks. The role will involve working closely with clients to ensure accurate and timely tax filings, conducting research on tax laws and regulations, and providing tax planning advice. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Tax Compliance, Tax Preparation, and Tax knowledge
- Experience in financial statement analysis and general accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well independently and in a team
- Completion of the basic Accounting 101 (Financial Accounting) course
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
