Property Coordinator / Administrator- GREAT for GRAD!!

Commercial property management and development firm is looking for a Property Coordinator/Administrative Assistant for two beautiful buildings in Foster City. This position will support multiple tenants in a variety of industries. This is a great property for someone who enjoys working with and servicing many tenants!! Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming phones
  • Assisting tenants with questions and concerns.
  • Assisting with specialty events for tenants
  • Resolving tenant work orders and specific needs
  • Scheduling routine building maintenance
  • Developing vendor relationships
  • Contacting vendors for various needs
  • Coordinating construction needs
  • Inputting and coding invoices
  • Following up on past due invoices
  • Maintaining compliance for insurance and business licenses
  • Creating specialty reporting
  • Assisting APM and General Manager with a variety of projects
  • Coordinating tenant appreciation events on a quarterly basis
  • Ordering office supplies and providing general support as needed

Must have:

  • 1+ year(s) of experience in commercial property management desired
  • 2+ years of office experience
  • MS Office - intermediate to advanced
  • BA or BS REQUIRED
