JOB TITLE
Project Manager Intern 8 weeks
Up to 40 hours per week
 

RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  1. Provide support for the Director of Project Management on a defined project.
  2. Collaborate with Director of Project Management and cross-functional members to develop proposal and timelines for completing Drug Development Project 
  3. Utilize appropriate software and internet tools for laying out proposals, developing
    alignment, and completing proposal.
  4. Coordinate and adhere to process for learning while delivering on defined project.
  5. Ensure appropriate tracking, analysis, and sharing of information on project timelines, risks, and impact.

DESIRED MAJORS/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS + SKILLS
 

  1. Preferred majors – Scientific, business, or administrative fields, plus if they have a focus around project or program management
  2. Current senior in college, majoring in relevant scientific or administrative fields (this is an internship, and not a full time role)
  3. Ability to develop and manage schedules and tasks.
  4. A willingness to provide support for project-specific needs such as documentation, analysis and information gathering and sharing.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with basic internet applications.
  6. Skilled in written and spoken communication and willingness to work as an individual and as a group.
