Marketing Intern

We are looking for a marketing intern who can join our marketing team to assist with operational and branding marketing efforts. They will make a meaningful contribution to our overall brand presence through proposal development, collateral creation, and local creative campaigns. This can be an excellent opportunity to work cross-functionally with various departments at an interior design firm.

Someone who enjoys marketing, keeping organized, and interior design will thrive in this position.

POSITION SUMMARY

What You Will Do:

Marketing

  • Maintain team resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, photographs, etc.
  • Assist with coordinating content marketing efforts via social media and website
  • Conduct research on strategic prospective client industries
  • Assist with planning local design events
  • Clerical for marketing department
  • Assist with collateral development for field salespeople

 

Operations

  • Assist with CRM contact management
  • Competitive research

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1 relevant years of experience is preferred; no degree required
  • Competent with Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and monitor and task manage individual contributors to ensure deadlines are adhered to;
  • High attention to detail with demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
