Project Coordinator Intern
SUMMARY:
The Project Coordinator Intern assists the project management and estimating departments with assigned projects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential Job Specific Duties:
- Assist with creation, review, and transmittal of project submittals and RFI’s.
- Maintain daily communication with project management team.
- Assist with coordinating the detailing efforts of various subcontractors.
- Assist with monitoring project progress and mitigating issues that arise.
- Assist with project documentation, plans, reports, etc.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of:
- General construction, structural steel preferred, but not required
- Bluebeam
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Office programs
- Strong teamwork skills
- Company policies and procedures
Ability to:
- Read and interpret design drawings and specifications.
- Complete tasks without supervision.
- Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
- Work independently and in a team.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) years of construction management at an accredited college or university. Applicable construction experience may be substituted for education.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Successful completion of physical, substance abuse screening, and background check.
