Staff Assistant/Junior Administrative Constituent Services Representative

The Staff Assistant/Junior Administrative Constituent Services Representative role is a liaison for Senator Warnock and works directly with constituents to address federal and state-based needs and concerns. The Representative will work under the direction of the State Operations Manager to assist with the day-to-day operations in the Atlanta-based office. The Representative will also maintain a small portfolio of constituent service issues under the direction of the Constituent Services Director. Other duties include in-office administrative tasks, liaising with government agencies on behalf of constituents and special projects as assigned. On occasion, the Representative may be required to attend community events.

The Representative’s portfolio may include the following federal agencies and coverage areas: Veterans Affairs, Immigration, State Department/Passports, and State/Local Issues. Portfolio/coverage area is subject to change to meet the needs of the office. The Representative will maintain confidentiality of all constituent calls, mail, cases, and office communication.

This is a non-partisan, full-time entry-level position and requires in-person attendance on a regular Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5 PM schedule. Compensation commensurate on experience.
