About the Position:

Will Consider Staff Services Analyst.

Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I and with lead direction and guidance from the Supervising Transportation

Engineers, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (Resource Analyst) plans, organizes, and directs all administrative functions associated with managing the personnel resources and operating expense allocations for multiple divisions. The incumbent serves as the Resource Analyst for the Design Division, the Engineering Division, the Central Corridors Division, the North County Corridors Division, and the South County & Trade Corridors Division. The administrative functions include producing reports using financial reporting systems, monitoring and managing expenditures within allocations, managing service contracts, managing space and telecommunication lines, and collaborating with support staff.
