Sales and Administrative Manager

As a Sales and Administrative Manager, you will be crucial in building and nurturing these large-scale customer relationships through lengthy sales cycles, while also overseeing the administrative functions that support our sales efforts. This role demands a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional due to our diverse client base and international reach.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement and Sales Management: Lead engagement with potential and existing manufacturing clients, guiding them through the extended sales cycle from initiation to closure, and ensure a smooth, positive client experience.
- Administrative Leadership: Oversee administrative operations related to the sales process, including contract management, sales reporting, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Project Collaboration and Implementation: Collaborate with clients and the Geedop development team to customize and implement projects that incorporate our intelligent devices, addressing operational challenges and enhancing efficiency.
- Strategic Planning and Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, growth opportunities, and competitive intelligence, informing strategic sales and administrative planning.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales and administrative performance metrics, adapting strategies to achieve and surpass objectives.
- Team Coordination and Development: Lead and develop the sales and administrative team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
- Bilingual Communication: Utilize fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse client base and internal teams, ensuring clarity and effective collaboration.
Requirements
- Valid passport.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and administrative management within the industrial, manufacturing, or technology sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex sales and administrative tasks simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of the manufacturing industry and operational challenges.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and administrative management tools.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.

- Direct experience with industrial automation products, including intelligent devices.
