The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is seeking to hire an engineering student assistant to perform work as a trainee assisting Caltrans staff in reviewing plans, specifications and estimates for biddability, in a learning capacity, under the direct supervision of a Senior Transportation Engineer or Transportation Engineer within the unit.
