$80,217 - $104,280 per year

Duties

Serves as the Budget Analyst for the California Great Basin Region's (CBG) Working Capital Fund.

• Responsible for monitoring functional area balances, obligations and/or expenditure of funds for current fiscal year execution.
• Works with managers to develop and consolidate annual Operating Budgets, monitors the6-year plans and Business Decision Documents (BDD) submissions of the proposed fiscal year's budget formulation.
• Sets, monitors, and adjusts the Working Capital Fund Indirect Rate to collect sufficient revenue and maintain appropriate balances.
• Develops and maintains a status of funds to monitor and report obligations and balances.
• Tracks purchase requisitions, labor, and other pending obligations to estimate end of year balances.
