Job Description
Blue Ivy Coaching (BIC), the leading admissions consultancy in Latin America, seeks an experienced MBA Admissions Coach to guide our clients through the complex application process for top MBA programs worldwide.
Reports to: Master's Director
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized coaching on all aspects of the MBA application, including essays, resumes, interviews, and school selection.
- Conduct comprehensive profile assessments to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement tailored application strategies for each client.
- Stay up-to-date on admissions trends and requirements for MBA programs globally.
Qualifications:
- Successful experience in MBA admissions, ideally as a former admissions officer or consultant.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and motivate clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong understanding of MBA programs in the U.S., U.K., Europe, and other key regions.
Schedule:
- Five days a week.
- Availability for 15/20 hours of class per week plus additional meetings and planning time
- Classes typically occur from 4-10 pm CST during the week (flexible weekend hours).
- Immediate start date as two weeks of training, possibly more, might be required.
Location:
- Remote position: classes and internal meetings are online, but the coach is open to in-person classes if located in the same city as the student or at BIC offices in Mexico City.
Compensation:
- Commensurate with qualifications and experience, starting at $30-35 USD/hour
- End-of-year bonus
- Health insurance and Visa sponsorship, if applicable
