Product Strategy Intern

We are hiring interns to play a support role in the Product Strategy function. Working closely with the Product Strategy Director, the intern will be responsible for supporting key aspects of the Product Strategy’s priorities, including framing and managing product strategy initiatives, working cross-functionally to align goals and objectives, and supporting product strategy development.

The successful candidate will have a self-starter attitude and broad knowledge to be able to rapidly assess and identify areas of opportunity, potential solutions to address this.

 

What You Can Expect to do During Your Internship

Our Summer Interns will be introduced to the world of insurance and will actively engage in a variety of tasks/projects within the Product Strategy arena.

In partnership with the Director of Product Strategy, you will provide support to the team that manages the key strategic enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in technology and finance through coursework and prior internship/work experience and has a proven track record of delivering roadmaps, cost benefit models, conduct research across technology solutions.

 

Additionally, you will

Work cross functionally with key stakeholders across business, technology and operations

 

Qualifications

College undergraduates/graduates – Preferred areas of study include, but are not limited to, General Business Management, Risk Management & Insurance, Marketing, Communications, Economics, & Finance.

Authorized to work in the United States

Must be able to work for a minimum of 10 weeks for the duration of the internship.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Ideal interns are self-starters, energized by a fast-paced work environment, exercise exceptional judgment, enjoy working on teams, have excellent attention to detail, and are interested in the insurance industry.

Strong strategic analytical skills, with the ability to use structured problem-solving techniques to analyze ambiguous questions.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, etc.
