Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Acquisitions Intern to support our acquisitions team in sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring industrial properties. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to gain hands-on experience in the real estate investment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and evaluating potential industrial property acquisitions.

• Conduct market research and analysis to support investment decisions.

• Perform financial analysis and modeling of potential acquisitions.

• Assist in due diligence processes, including property inspections and document review.

• Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal review.

• Support the acquisitions team in negotiations and transaction processes.

• Maintain and update property databases and acquisition records.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

• Excellent research and data analysis capabilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Self-motivated with a strong interest in real estate and investment.
