Project Managment Intern

Description

The Construction Intern will support the Construction Coordinators and Project Management team to execute construction management and program management ventures for a specific project.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Adhere to the company's safety programs and policies and assist others with compliance.

Assist in the planning and coordinating of on-site functions including, but not limited to, the following: scheduling, engineering, material control, procurement, safety and provide day to day support to project foremen and superintendents.

Maintain all records including jobsite master schedule, document control log, change order log, time keeping, and field project files.

Initiate the purchase order process and rent and manage equipment procurement. Assist coordinators to ensure adequate inventory for project.

Assist the Project team in building relationships with client, craft, and other subcontractors.

Assist the Project team with craft training and jobsite activities as needed.

Complies with all policies and standards.

Performs other duties as assigned.
