Job Summary

Office Manager responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling meetings and appointments within the office
  • Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment
  • Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
  • Clerical duties may be assigned in accordance with the office procedures of individual establishments and may include a combination of answering telephones, bookkeeping, typing or word processing, office machine operation, and filing. All but not limited to..
  • Knowledge of the Tuckerville, LLC .. mission statement
  • Knowledge of Tuckerville, LLC team members roles and responsibilities as they serve the population
  • Knowledge of Tuckerville, LLC (three) active ongoing programs: SIIT, CHAT, MEET and AIM
  • Willing to work in a team environment.. (communicating with the team about when/who is in office)
  • Managing and assigning Tuckerville Therapist room schedule
  • Ability to navigate our HIPPA compliance platform with scheduling and coordinating as well as attend VIRTUAL or IN PERSON quarterly meetings in Wayne, Michigan... (if needed)
  • Respond within 24 hours to emails, incoming calls and other communication on Tuckerville, LLC ..
  • Assist with filing HIPPA EMR documents and helping maintain the front office..
  • Front desk (coverage when needed) answering the phone..
  • Keep all WIX platforms update.. website., etc..
  • Clean up Simple Practice platform (active/inactive, merging doubles, monitoring caseload data and production monitoring)..
  • Prepping and data from ASSESSMENT/Creyos for Dr. Tucker
  • Prepping and data Hypnotherapy/EMDR set-up and data for Dr. Tucker
  • Assist with Tuckerville Document setup, fax, etc,..
  • Assist with taking minutes to all meetings
  • Assist with the Three building Inventory
  • Close down buildings/open up buildings
     

Education and Experience

Associate's Degree (or other 2-year degree)
Some College Courses

Knowledge

Administrative - Knowledge of administrative and office procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records.

English Language - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
