Juventas Medical Group is looking to hire residents in their second year to work in family medicine or internal medicine. Physicians will be contracted starting June 2026 for one year, for 300k. This contract can be renewed after the first year of work is completed, but we start with such a short contract in order to grant new doctors the freedom to engage with our staff and CEO, as well as our location, and decide if the fit is right for them and their future career.  Physicians would get to practice in Guam under the mentorship of  Dr. Tien Trinh. Dr. Trinh already has established medical practices on Guam and now has the opportunity to help develop and hire for new practices on the island. You would be hired onto the staff in these new practices , as well as play an instrumental role in developing the culture and interworking dynamics of these new offices. Both domestic and international citizens are welcome to apply. Juventas is willing to help you transition from a student VISA to a work VISA. Hired employees will be responsible for their housing on Guam, however we have many connections on the island and will help you find a place to live. Living and working on Guam will provide a unique opportunity to interact and experience a wide variety of culture. The island's population is split between the local Chamorros and the USA military branches, as well as being an average of a four hour flight from places like the Philippines, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, China and Hong Kong. The island itself is a tropical marine climate, surrounded by beaches and tropical vegetation.
